Step-by-Step Guide to Inviting a Co-Signer:
1: Mobile Access
Before designating a user as a Signer, said User must first log into the Liminal mobile application and complete the mobile access authentication process.
Here the user will need to set up their passphrase and biometric authentication.
The user must remember the passphrase. This will be useful in restoring the signing capability in another device in case the device gets lost or changes the device.
Biometrics will be required to authorise the signing and approval of transactions.
2: Activate Mobile Signer
Next, the Owner must activate the Mobile Signer feature.
To do so, navigate to the Liminal Vault interface, click on "Settings," then proceed to the "User List".
Select the appropriate user and click "Enable Mobile". A confirmation window will appear, click "Confirm" to finalise the process
3: Approve Access
Once enabled, the Owner will continue to approve the "Mobile signer access" on his/her mobile device.
4: Invite the User
The designated user will then receive an invitation for Mobile Signer access through the Liminal Vault mobile application. The invitation must be accepted to proceed.
By successfully inviting another member as a signer and implementing the Mobile Signer feature, you've taken a crucial step towards fortifying your security.
The next recommended step involves forming an MPC Team, ensuring both enhanced security and operational benefits for your venture. Stay on this journey of security and collaboration with Liminal.
At Liminal, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and user-centric staking experience.
