Removing an existing user from Liminal is a straightforward process, but it's crucial to ensure the request is made by an account admin or owner. 

 

Click on the arrow and follow these steps to proceed: 

 Step 1️⃣ : Request Initiation ?

To request the removal of an existing user, reach out to us using any of the two options:

1️⃣ Send an Email:

Compose an email to support@lmnl.app with the subject "User Removal Request

Please include the following information in the email:

  • The email address of the user you want to remove.

  • Mention that you are an account admin or owner.

2️⃣ Chat Support ?:

You can also reach out to us through the chat option available at the end of this page and submit the request with the necessary details as mentioned above.

 Step 2️⃣ : Information Required ?

The support team will log your request and reach out to you for verifcation or if they require any additional information. 

 Step 3️⃣ : Request Processing ?

Our support team will promptly review your request and proceed with the user removal process.

Important Note:

Please ensure that an account admin or owner makes the removal request for security and verification purposes. 

Once the user has been successfully removed from Liminal, you will receive confirmation of the completion of the request.
